Why we only sell one brand
Vuse Go Vape is an independent UK retailer specialising entirely in the Vuse range. Here is how we work, what we will and will not claim, and where our information comes from.
Vuse Go Vape is an independent UK retailer specialising entirely in the Vuse range. How we work, how we decide what to recommend, our sources, and our position on age verification.
Walk into a vape shop and you will find two thousand products and a member of staff who knows a little about most of them. We went the other way. One brand, every product in its UK range, and enough depth to answer the questions that actually stop people buying.
That sounds like a limitation. In practice it solves a real problem. The Vuse range has run four overlapping pod formats, two of which look almost identical on the shelf and only one of which will fit any given device. Nicotine strengths differ between pod families. One device is locked to chipped pods that work in nothing else. Even established retailers publish compatibility notes that contradict each other.
Nobody buying their first pod kit should have to work that out. So we did it once, properly, and wrote it down.
The current UK Vuse line-up, and only that:
We do not stock other brands, and we do not stock third-party pods marketed as Vuse-compatible. Those have not been through the same MHRA notification process as the genuine article, and we are not willing to put our name to them.
Single-use vapes have been illegal to sell or supply in the UK since 1 June 2025. That took the Vuse Go, Go 700, Go 800 and Edition 01 off the market permanently. If you find a website still shipping those to a UK address, that seller is breaking the law – and you have no assurance the product is genuine, in date, or notified for UK sale.
We explain the ban and the closest current replacements in our guide to the disposables ban.

UK consumer law requires an online retailer to publish its trading name, geographic address and contact details. Beyond the legal requirement, these are among the strongest trust signals a new shop can offer – a site with no verifiable business behind it reads as a risk to customers and to search engines alike.
Vuse Go Vape is an independent retailer. We are not owned by, operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with British American Tobacco or any Vuse entity. "Vuse" and related product names are trademarks of their respective owner and are used here only to describe the products we sell.
Our guides regularly point people towards the cheapest device in the range, and occasionally away from Vuse altogether. That is not modesty – it is the only way product advice from a shop is worth reading.
Product specifications are drawn from published UK retailer listings and cross-checked between sources. Legal and regulatory statements come from primary sources – GOV.UK guidance on the single-use vapes ban, the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, and MHRA notification requirements. Each guide lists its sources at the foot of the page.
If you spot something on this site that is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Strictly 18+. It is illegal to sell nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18 in the UK, and online retailers are required to use age verification technology rather than simply asking. Every order placed with us is age-verified. We would rather lose a sale than get this wrong, and we will refuse and refund any order we cannot verify.
We will not tell you vaping is safe. Nicotine is an addictive substance. Vaping products are intended as an alternative for adults who already smoke – not as something for non-smokers, and never for young people. If your goal is to stop using nicotine altogether, your GP or your local NHS stop smoking service will help you more effectively than any retailer can, and their support is free.
Product safety. Everything we sell is intended for the UK market and notified to the MHRA. UK law caps nicotine strength at 20 mg/ml and pod capacity at 2 ml. Anything advertised above those limits is not legal for sale here, wherever it is being sold from.
Vape devices contain lithium batteries and should never go in a household or kerbside recycling bin – crushed lithium cells are a well-documented cause of fires in bin lorries and waste facilities. Take old devices to a vape shop, a larger electricals retailer, or the small-electricals point at a household waste recycling centre.
Questions about compatibility, strengths or an order are welcome – including from people who have not bought anything and are not sure they will.
